Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, we recommend inspecting the package before accepting delivery whenever possible. If damage is discovered after opening the package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. This information helps us coordinate with the carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.
